M454DN (W1Y44A) Power Supply Specification : Can it take voltage from 110 VAC to 240VAC. 

Or 

We need to choose either from below one option:

Option-1 : 110-volt input voltage: 110 to 127 VAC (+/-10%), 60 Hz (+/- 3 Hz);

Option-2 : 220-volt input voltage: 220 to 240 VAC (+/- 10%), 50/60Hz (+/- 3 Hz)

HP Recommended

The printers are produced in 110V or 220V you buy locally the one according to voltage in your country.

Don't buy printers from overseas, buy locally.

 

Don't mess anything with printer power supply, it will not work.
