I bought a brand new printer M479fdw - I can not change the printing quality (draft, normal, high-quality).
The multiple-choice list is fixed with normal and does not permit to change teh printing quality.
Can you help to resolve this issue ?

One thing you may need to change is the paper type from any to a specific type like plain paper. Often features will be blocked when Any paper type settings are used as the printer does not know if the function is compatible with the media.
