Hi,
I need to find my printer's MAC address in order to connect it to the student accommodation wifi. I have tried simultaneously pressing the wifi and information button. However, the only thing that prints is the WPS pin. Does anyone know what I need to do?
Thanks
^^ I have read the answer to this and tried pressing the two buttons at the same time with the light flashing too and yet it still only prints the WPS pin.
can someone please help find the MAC address it’s making me go mad!

Hi,
Please clarify your printer model, this will help much to let you know what you would need to do.

Thanks for clarifying.
Make sure the wireless radio is on and the wireless light blinks, if it is off click the wireless button and it should start blinking.
Now press and immediately release the Information and Wireless buttons at the same time, within the printer Network Configuration page you will find the Mac Address listed as Hardware Address (Mac) within the 802.11 Wireless section.
