I've just buy an MFP 135w in Thailand. The language on the display are only for asians: Thai, Vietnam, Hong Kong.....

Is it possible turn the dispaly language in English or another EU one ? Thanks.

I've already try to change the Firmware but nothing appen...

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I reviewed the case regarding issues with the printer's language. I will be delighted to assist you here.  

 

Superb description and terrific observations made before posting. Kudos to you for that. :winking_face: 

 

Please try the following steps:

  • Press the Power button to turn on the product.
  • On the control panel, press the Setup button to open the main menu.
  • Press the Left Arrow button three times to select System setup, and then press OK. The Language option displays.
  • Press OK to open the Language menu.
  • Press the Right Arrow button to select the language that you want to display, and then press OK.
    Press the Return button twice to go back to the main menu.

This should do the trick for you. Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue.
