Hello!
I've just received my new printer. Everything works very well. BUT the printer doesn't shut down. I enterd the menu of the printer (2-lines display) and choosed "System setup" and "machine setup". Power safe ist on after 5 min. and Auto Power off is enabeled (after 15 min.). Bus it doen't work. Does someone of you have a solution for me? Thanks in advance,
Best regards, Peter

Hi,
Generally, please ensure your printer firmware is up to date, be sure to go through the installation instructions:
Additionally, how is the printer connected? is it connected to a phone line? wirelessly?
Be aware that any of the above (a wireless connection or a fax phone line connection) disables Auto Power Off by design.
The printer does enter sleep mode, however, and should enter into sleep with the configured setting.
