Printer stuck on message geting paring code. 

How to reset to factory this printer ?

When prompted for the Pairing Code in the HP Smart Setup web portal, confirm that you are entering the Pairing Code correctly. Double-check that you did not make a typographical error with your entry. Make sure that you are entering the correct Pairing Code. If more than two hours have passed since you originally retrieved the Pairing Code from the printer, then that code has expired and a new code has been automatically generated. To obtain the new Pairing Code, check the printer control panel, or return to the HP Easy Start software. You can reset to factory printer this way. First of all Open the printer's web page and Sign in as Administrator. Then On the General tab select Reset Factory Settings in the menu. In the section Reset Firmware select Reset. After that Select Reset. The printer will now restart. Set printer's date and time correctly.

I can't login to web page message becouse configuration is not completed. 

I can't eneter the code to pair the printer becouse on screen in message gelting pair code.

I have followed these directions.
But the printer is still not giving us a pairing code.

We cannot print to our brand new printer. When we send a print printer says cannot print as printer not activated.

Trying to get online help from HP support just loops round, 6 screens later you are back at the beginning.

I talk to  HP helpdesk 3 times, 2 weeks gone and my printer is dead. 

I have something like 30 HP printers, but i thing this the end of my friendship with HP.
