Hi there,

 

im having problems on our MFP 586 almost after every start of computer i need to set in printer properities that duplex unit is installed. Any chance to solve this?

If the current driver is not holding the settings then I would install the printer manually, using the HP Universal Print Driver.  Make sure that Windows is not managing your printers by setting this printer as the default and when Windows says it will stop managing your printers if you do this, click ok.
