Hi together! I Know, this problem was already discussed in former threads but I still do not have a solution. My MFP M127FW cannot connect to HPePrint anymore and it seems that the reason is an old certificate in the firmware 20160926. I tried to update the firmware to 20201013 from a Windows 10 Laptop - no success; software tells me "successfully done" but the firmware on the printer is still 20160926. I tried it using first using WiFi connection and later USB cable. I tried it fro my MAC (OS12) but there's no firmware package available. I tried it from my daughter's MAC (OS 10.15) but the package could not be installed. I read in some communities that only MACOS 10.14 is working ...

In a nutshell - if you do not have developer skills or a MAC with 10.14 Sierra at home you are not able to use the printer anymore.

So what the hell is that? Is that the way HP is working now? No support available accept a non working bot. No latest firmware able to run from all actual operating systems?

Also in the security paper https://support.hp.com/at-de/document/c06674989 there is stated, that the printer should use firmware 20200531 .... but how??

Can anybody help me? THX

Sorry ... didn't work 😞

Does anybody know where I can find the RFU file for the M127fw? I found a FTP list on HP's server but the M127fw is not listed.

RFU is for advanced devices. The M127fw doesn't support RFU.
