I keep getting this same printer error - I reboot and it works for a minute and then back down.  Help please!

Please confirm which Printer do you have. Is it the M227fdw or the M426fdw? Also, let us know the Operating System installed on the device your Printer is connected to.

I recommend you update the printer firmware following the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
