MFP M277n  showing supply memory error after update been advised to downgrade firmware have spent over 4 hours looking for the file but unable to find PLEASE help thanks

  • Printer Reset: Perform a hard reset of the printer to clear any residual errors.

i have update to latest firmware and thats were the problem started..i have been advised to down grade the firmware but cant find a link to it
