The touchscreen is blank, it is not lighting up at all, the printer shows as installed but offline in printer management on the PC. Printer is installed to a network, wired connection to the modem. OS is windows 10, not sure if it is 32 or 64 bit. Printer worked fine for two or three weeks. No updates or changes have been made to software or firmware as far as I know. Today for no apparent reason the touchscreen is black, power is still on on the printer. I have tried the HP print and scan doctor to no avail. I have tried a few things I found online, checking it is the default, toggling the default setting, holding the printer off switch for fifteen seconds, powering down the printer, restarting the pc, cycling the modem. I suspect it is just broken. Any ideas before I call for a replacement?

@Chris-KOP, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

The printer has to be connected to the network for you to be able to print from a computer. If the screen is not working, we cannot set it up wirelessly.

Try connecting a USB cable between the printer and the computer to check if you are able to print.

This seems like a hardware issue with the printer screen, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
