LaserJet Pro MFP M28W
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a new Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G4.  When I connect my LaserJet Pro MFP M28W using a USB connection, it shows up as Ready in the print queue, but when I try to print a file from Word no print job it does not print and the print queue is empty.  Please advise.
