HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdn

We have a MFP M479 and when setting up SMTP, i would like to specify a domain that i can scan to email to. Like an allow list. Can this be setup on these MFP printers?

Why do this? to Restrict from emailing outside of our business.

Thanks

Those kind of restrictions are available on their Enterprise level products running FutureSmart firmware, but I am not sure that they offer that feature on Pro models. Enterprise version of your printer would be the E47528. I checked a differnt Pro model I have on my network and I see no option to restrict domains for outgoing mail. Depending on your mail provider you may be able to restrict. Other work around would be to add allowed address to the contact list and only allow users to send from the contact list. Then under email options there is setting that restricts outgoing addresses to anything listed in the contact list only.
