MFP m1217nfw cannot print normal(large delay) need firmware upgrade

hi there. A college have changed my rubber bands(гумички) because i had paper jam and now the printer is acting very very slowly - it has delay of maybe 10-15 minutes.When i click print i see my documents ready after 10-15 minutes. I want to flash it with the latest firmware and if the problem occurs again i will buy new one.

When try to update it via utility i see set community name. If i try to update it via web panel(IP address) i dont see firmware update absolutely anywhere
