Hi!  I recently moved my printer to a new office location and now every time I try to print anything it pops up a "Mannual Feed - Plain, LEtter, or press OK to user available media." error.

When I hit okay it prints fine.  I have selected letter and plain in every tray setting on the machine, in the control panel settings.  I am losing my mind!  Please help!

I found a similar error on there where it was recommended to change from a WSP port to a standard tcp/ip port, which I did.  It did not fix the problem.

Thanks so much for any help!  See screenshot. PXL_20240726_180450295.jpg

You need to set the paper settings on your computer too, paper size Letter and paper source set it to Auto or Tray2.

Yes, I've got paper set to letter in as many places as I can find.  See screenshots.  I have it set to letter in the preferences, in advanced preferences, and anywhere else I can find. Anyone have anywhere else I should look before I attempt to fix it with a hammer? 🙂Screenshot_17.jpgScreenshot_1.jpg

anyone have any ideas other than taking a sledge hammer to this?  its shocking how annoying it is having to hit "okay" on the printer every time you print anything.   This will likely be my last HP
