MFP137fnw printing distorted, calibration needed

I am trying to print a grid of 1cm squares covering the page ( 18 x 28 ) 

When printed out, the width of the grid is 180 mm  (top & bottom) 
but the height on the LHD is 280.5 and on the RHS is 279.5 

Is there a way of calibrating / adjusting this? 
I am using the printer to validate / generate PCB designs and the distortion is preventing this.
