Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

MFP177fw   Color laser jet pro is stuck on HP logo and cant upgrade the firmware. Can someone send me method to reset method?

I have tried all the suggested ways to get the printer going but failed

Failures during a firmware upgrade are never good.  If turning the printer off and back on do not restore the printer to working condition you may need service

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form and proceed further.
