HP Recommended

I have been using a Samsung ML-2165 Laser printer for nearly 10 years. The drivers for the printer suddenley disappeared and the computer does not recognise my printer.

 

I successfully downloaded the new drivers but for some reason when I open the file they will not install on the computer and the computer still does not recognise the printer even though I have been using it for numerous years.

 

has anyone got any suggestions as to what the problem can be ?. 

 

Finally, I cannot find the original installation disc.
