Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M521dn

The printer suddenly vanished from the ipad's list so I restarted it. It still didn't show so I wanted to use the setup/rool icon on the control panel to reset the device. There are 4 buttons on the top row plus supplies. The ffrst 2 show the same thing and #3 and 4 shiw a different,  but same thing. There is no longer any tools/setting menu. Doing a full nvram reset had no effect.

 

Perhaps there is a really smart person out there that knows how to fix this.
