Hi @LI65M,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP ENVY 7155's control panel is experiencing a display issue. Since you've already tried rebooting, unplugging, and connecting directly to a wall outlet, here are a few more steps you can try.

Check for Firmware Updates: Sometimes a firmware update can fix display issues. You might need to connect the printer to a computer to check for updates.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer and wall outlet.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.

Inspect the Connections: Ensure all internal connections (if accessible) are secure. If the printer has removable components, like a scanner or control panel, check those connections.

Try a Different Power Source: Sometimes power sources can cause issues. Plug the printer into a different wall outlet if possible.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
