HP Print and Scan Doctor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After several recent MS updates, the HP Print and Scan Doctor doesn't load after I agree to its initial sign on screen. I tried to delete it but was informed I need to be an Administer to do so. Please help?  Much thanks  GaryS4

Hi @GaryS4

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the HP Print and Scan Doctor.

Please try these steps -

1.) In the search box, type and open File Explorer and browse to this path - This PC > C: > Program Files (x86) > HP and delete the Diagnostics folder.

2.) Right-click on the Start or the Windows icon and click on Run, type %appdata% into the Run dialog and click on OK.

3.) Delete the HPPSDr folder. Close that window and restart the computer.

4.) Download and install the Print and Scan Doctor from this link.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
