The quicken program sends the check print documents to the M227-231 that says that it is offline and the documents just sit in the queue without getting printed. I am sure that the destination is part of the printer program as it loaded it self into quicken but the M227 fdn printer does not seem to recognize the M227-231. I can't find a way to change printer destinations in quicken. It seems the destination is locked in to the M227 - 231 as directed by the HP program. I have tried all of the reload the printer etc but it still shows the job stuck in the queue.

Setting a Static IP Address
Once you know your printer’s IP address from the page you printed, entering it is pretty easy. Here’s what you do:
- Run your Web browser.
- In the Web browser’s address bar, type the IP address of your printer and press Enter. Assuming you entered the right address, the HP printer control panel should appear.
- Click the Networking tab.
- Under Connections, click Wireless.
- Under IP Address Configuration, click Manual IP.
- Enter the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway in the appropriate boxes.
- Click Apply.
