Hi @DXWOBURNPT

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like your OfficeJet Pro 9125e is almost ready to roll—just a little hiccup with printing!

Let’s try these steps to sort out the issue:

Check the printer status:

Make sure your printer is online and not in “Offline” or “Pause Printing” mode.

Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click on your printer, and uncheck these options if selected.

Verify the connection:

For a USB connection, confirm that the cable is securely connected to both the printer and computer.

If using Wi-Fi, double-check that your printer is connected to the same network as your computer.

Ensure the correct printer is selected:

In the print dialog box, make sure the OfficeJet Pro 9125e is chosen as the printer, especially if you have multiple devices listed.

Update the drivers:

Visit HP’s official website, search for the OfficeJet Pro 9125e drivers, and ensure you have the latest version installed.

Clear the print queue:

Open Devices and Printers, right-click on your printer, select "See what’s printing," and cancel any stuck or pending print jobs.

POWER RESET:

Let's do a power reset on your printer by following the steps below.

Press the Power button to turn on the printer.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 15 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

Note: Please connect the printer directly to a wall outlet.

If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.

Run HP's Print and Scan Doctor:

HP provides a free tool called HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and resolve printing and scanning problems.

Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor from the link below to quickly and automatically perform several troubleshooting tasks known to resolve this issue.

When this link is clicked, HP Print and Scan Doctor is downloaded using your Internet browser's download capabilities.

Check for error codes:

If there’s a specific error code or message showing on the printer screen, it can give us more clues about the problem.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
