Hi @PRADDY1979,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing a cartridge problem with your HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 printer. Here are some steps you can follow to diagnose and potentially fix the issue:
May I know
1. Since when are you facing this issue
2. Have you made any changes on your printer post that this issue raised and have you observed any light blinking on the display and error code
3. May I know if you are using genuine cartridges
1. Check for Error Messages
- Control Panel Display: See if there are any error messages or blinking lights on the printer's control panel.
- HP Smart App: If you have the HP Smart app installed on your computer or mobile device, it may provide specific error codes or messages.
2. Ensure Proper Cartridge Installation
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Ensure that the cartridges are properly seated in their respective slots.
- Close the ink cartridge access door, plug the printer back in, and turn it on.
3. Clean the Cartridges and Printhead
- Use a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water to clean the copper-colored contacts on the cartridges.
- Gently wipe the contacts inside the printhead where the cartridges sit.
- Allow the contacts to dry for a few minutes before reinstalling the cartridges.
4. Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
5. Update Printer Firmware and Software Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Ensure that you have the latest drivers and firmware installed for your printer. You can download these from the HP Support website.
6. Perform a Printer Self-Test
- Use the printer's control panel to perform a self-test or print a test page. This can help determine if the issue is with the cartridges or the printer itself.
7. Check Cartridge Compatibility
- Make sure that you are using genuine HP cartridges that are compatible with the HP Ink Tank Wireless 410.
Refer to this document: HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 series User manual
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
