Product: Laser Jet LJ Pro MFP M127fw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

After having upgraded to Catalina 15.10.7, I don't know how to make the LJ Pro MFP M127fw scanner function working again. Printing is working. From previous threads I understood Catalina has issues with HP drivers, but I need to use scanning in any way it's possible. Can you please provide for any procedure/work around?

@vmazzaro, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

 

You may use any one method shown in this document to scan from your MAC - How to Scan
