Hello, I am using a Mac, version 14.4 and the printer is HP LaserJet CP1025. I've been researching this for a few weeks but to no avail. I can't get my printer to work with my Macbook. I think the version, driver and firmware are not suitable for that, but the latest Mac OS 12.4 update has been updated on HP's official website. What should I do and HP Smart and HP utility are not working for me. Thank you🙏

Hi @RB089

For driver install follow the next steps:

 

1.  Please download and install  HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:

 

2. And go to System Preferences > Printers then Add the printer.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.

Yes, I understand, I will try what you said, but how do I download the firmware and do I need the appropriate utility?

And in the HP utility, my printer appears to be offline. But on my other Windows computer, paper is being ejected. I want to download the firmware for it.
