Neither HP or Apple are owning the issue. The printer is in perfect condition and should be able to work with the lates MacOS.

Hi @ferRX, I really appreciate your reply.
I was able to install the printer drivers. Only when I tried to install the printer, the software for my model does not appear on this list.

My printer is the HP Color Ink Tank 315, so series 310.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Orlando
