When try to print from Chrome, I get this error message:  The selected printer is not available or not installed correctly..

But it Is installed...it is the only printer choice-- OfficeJet Pro 9015

Plus I can print if I save to PDF and then print THAT.  I can print from Word and every other app.

Do you experience the same issue with other browsers?

If the issue is only with Chrome, I suggest you check for Chrome updates and if the issue persist then Reset Chrome

  1. On your Mac, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click Update Google Chrome. ...
  4. Click Relaunch.

To Reset Chrome follow these steps

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced
  4. Under "Reset Settings," click Restore settings to their original defaults and then Reset Settings.

Let me know how it goes 😊

Since Safari is working, then it's an issue with Google Chrome.

Have you tried resetting the Google Chrome as suggested?

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced
  4. Under "Reset Settings," click Restore settings to their original defaults and then Reset Settings.

That's unfortunate. Try reinstalling the Google Chrome app on your MAC.

Refer to this document to know how to uninstall Chrome. To install it, you may refer to this document.

Try printing.

Keep me posted.
