What is the maximum GSM paper my printer can handle? Or where can I find it in my printer property? Meaning, can I go somewhere in printer setting to see what the printer can take as GSM?

You can, however (assuming the full driver printer software is installed), set / check / adjust the Printing Preferences to select the paper size and type for the current job - and / or to make a custom Shortcut.
