Product: HP Office Jet 5740

Hello. Have had this printer for many years with no problems. It now won’t print and advises to use HP Colorlok paper. Have tried a complete reset and can not get rid of or by this message. We believe my wife did something on her laptop while trying to print that brought this message. Need Help. TY.
