How can I cancel a message on my iPhone which pops up that my printer is “offline”?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • What Model printer do you use?
  • Are you able to print from your iPhone?
  • What version iOS is installed on your iPhone?
  • Try connecting the printer to your iPhone wirelessly if you still want to use the printer.
  • On your Apple device, make sure Wi-Fi is on and there is a check mark next to the name of your local Wi-Fi network. If you are connected to a different network than the printer, try connecting it to the same wireless network.
  • Click on this link for more info.
  • Try restarting the iPhone and the printer.
