HP Recommended

All of a sudden printer would not print.  HP Solution Center says "detected you do not have the correct version of Adobe Flash Player for Internet Explorer installed.  Go to  http//getadobe.com/flashplayer/   ---   Message says "you don't have permission to access on this server".  I do not have a clue what any of this means and how to correct so that my printer will work.

Completely in the dark.  Thank you to anyone responding.

HP Recommended

Adobe flash has been end of life for at least 3 years which means programs that used features of flash will no longer function. You need to check support.hp.com for current software and drivers for your printer.
