I have been trying to wirelessly connect to my HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All in One with my Microsoft Surface Laptop. It continues to list as offline. The Printer has full access to internet, its the same wireless network as my laptop. I have unplugged and replugged. I have deleted the Drivers on my laptop and re-installed them. It refuses to connect. I can print to DIRECT HP 7740 if I change the network I am logged on to, and I can email documents, but I can not direct print from my laptop.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Note: Check the router band: Many routers can operate in both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz frequency bands, but not all HP printers support both bands. Make sure the 2.4 GHz router band is enabled and broadcasting. If the router broadcasts separate network names (SSIDs) for each band, connect the printer to the 2.4 GHz band SSID.
Run Hp scan doctor to fix connectivity issue.
