Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference, If during the process you're offered with any option to install the HP Full Feature Software option, be sure to select it and complete the software setup.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.

If you still cannot see A3, right-click the printer and select Printer Properties, within the Advanced tab, what exact option is selected on the Driver drop-down menu? (Just take a note, do not change it please.

Thank you, now I can select it but when I use to print in A3 format, I can't print the upper 15mm
I checked and there is all setting right (I am using Adobe InDesign)
I tryed with other software and it's same
I tryed to select bordless option but it's not possible to use with A3
Before switch to new Pc everything was possible.
Do you have other suggestion?

Try setting an alternate driver and check if that helps.

Right-click your exciting printer queue and select Printer Properties, then open the Ports tab.

Take a note of the port selected for your printer and close this window.

click Add Printer.

click the Printer that I want isn't listed.

Select the last option to add a local printer or a network printer with a manual configuration.

Select an existing port and select the same port as used by your printer, then press Next.

Click the bottom Windows Update button and allow the list some time to re-appear (it may take up to 15 minutes.

Select HP

Select the HP Officejet Pro K850 model and press Next.

follow the steps and rename the print queue as you like.

Now try printing A3 using the newly added print queue, can you see any difference?
