Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have purchased HP Deskjet 2723e printer. The one I have replaced is HP Deskjet 2540. The new printer works fine. However, when starting my Windows 11 PC a note pops up saying    C:\Program Files\HP\HP Deskjet 2540 series\bin\HP Status BL.dll    I went to the Recycle bin and put back two items labeled HP Deskjet 2540. The message still comes up when starting the PC. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
