Product: 5000N Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Rough Paper setting is missing after I had the drivers reinstalled on a HP 5000N printer. The HP site won't recognize the Serial Number: [edit], Model Number C4111A, and Manufactured May 13, 1999.

Try UPD PCL5 and hope it helps.
