HP Recommended

Setting up a replacement 9125e just received from HP as part of a warranty issue.  I believe I’m missing the print head carriage.  Getting a message on the screen that the print head is missing. Looks totally different from the printer I’m replacing.  Is there something I’m missing about something to be folded out or something or is this a faulty printer?
