HP Recommended
For all the letters, the max option is 6 (most goes up to 5). I can't select the correct numbers for align the printer. All the options I want to select are greater than 9.

Hi,
Check if the list cannot be scrolled with your mouse or keypad, try both directions as the scrolling direction of the Mac may vary.
If that doesn't help, double-click the printer from HP Smart and select the Advanced Settings option.
Open the Tools tab, within the shown page perform the alignment under the Print Quality Toolbox and check for any difference there.
