hp officejet 6700 premium

This message popped up for me.

"The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed."  I followed all the instructions on this support page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-6700-premium-e-all-in-one-printer-series-h711/4322... It sent me to "Step 5: Service the printer".

Step 5: Service the printer
Service or replace your HP product if the issue persists after completing all the preceding steps.
Go to Contact HP Customer Support to schedule a product repair or replacement.

This led me to this discussion forum.  Someone PLEASE help me fix my printer...

Thanks.

Hi @skc12345

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP Phone Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/ computer.

Have a great day!
