I just unpacked my new HP Office Jet 8010e, but there is no power chord in the box.  Who do I contact?

Hi @RPennington2462 ,

That is a standard power cord you could find in online store, and there are at least 3 options:

 

Option 1.  Contact the store or place where you bought the printer and ask for the missing part.

 

Option 2. Contact HP Support and then ask for the power cord.

 

Option 3.  Search for the power cord in some online store like Armazon and order that missing part:

    Part number for Power Cord: 8121-1793 

  • Search for "Power Cord: 8121-1793"
  • You could find some options like the next one:
