LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all! I upgraded to Windows 11  yesterday. Now when I try to print to our LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw, and click "Printer Properties", the only option I have is to change the orientation of the page. Before, when I was using Windows 10, the printer properties included many options, including an option to print on label paper, which is what I'd like to do. All my printer drivers are up to date. Is this just a symptom of Windows 11, or is there some way to change my printer properties? Thanks!

Windows likely replaced the HP driver with a generic Microsoft IPP driver during the update. On your PC go to control panel, then right click on devices and printers and select open from the drop down menu. Then right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu. Click on the advanced tab and see what the name of your driver is. If wrong, download the current install from support.hp.com, delete the current printer and run the install that you downloaded

Your solution worked beautifully! You were right, I had to download the correct driver from HP, and now the printer works just fine. I appreciate your help!
