My hp envy 6020 bought from

amaxon warehouse has missing set up

ink, I've bought new ink so how to by pass this error ?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 
I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen. In order to fix this issue you need a replacement ink cartridge, as this printer does not qualify to perform reset procedure. 
 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement ink service. You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
