Microsoft Windows 11

Hi.

I have a printer - DesignJet Z9+ PostScript Printer series and I have installed the same driver and software on two computers. One stationaire computer and one laptop. Both are Lenovo and run on Windows 11, the precise models are ThinkPad T15 and Thinkstation P620.

After I have installed the software on both machines, printer works as it should, however, in the P620 I am missing some options windows that are present on laptop. I am talking about the choosing paper size for example, which is very important for my work. So on the laptop I have this window and it works as it should, however it's missing in the pc.

Is there something I can do about it? Both machines have drivers and softwares installed from HP website. I have attached photos with how the settings window look like on my laptop and my pc. I am using the same program in both machines to edit/print the photos.

Thanks in advance.
