Missing setup cartridges and no help from support

I purchased this printer and it did not come with setup cartridges and I’ve talked to hp support who sent me back to Amazon who sends me back to hp support and I feel like I am getting nowhere. I am out the money and a printer and am utterly disgusted. I am a single mom on a teachers salary and I shouldn’t have to take the loss when it wasn’t my fault the setup cartridges were missing and the printer won’t work without them!!! Beyond frustrated.

I was on the phone with hp for an hour and didn’t get anywhere… they told me to contact Amazon, where I purchased it from. Amazon tells me they can’t help and to contact hp. I’m frustrated and rethinking my hp only household…..

I understand you do not have the setup ink cartridges.

To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
