HP Recommended

I am trying to send a FAX  using my HP LaserJet M1212 nf  MFP . It is hooked up directly to my PC which is on a wifi network. I want to send the fax over the internet. I am using the HP Smart software . When I select Mobile Fax, the software does not stop searching and gets nowhere. The Printer shows Offline
What am I doing wrong ?
