Hi @9448121622,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're having trouble connecting your mobile device to your HP Inkjet printer via Wi-Fi. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Restart Devices: Turn off both your printer and mobile device. Wait for a minute, then turn them back on.
  • Check Wi-Fi Settings: Ensure both your printer and mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Sometimes, connectivity issues arise if they are on different networks.
  • Printer Wi-Fi Settings: On your HP Inkjet printer, check the Wi-Fi settings to ensure it is connected to your network properly. You might need to re-enter the Wi-Fi credentials if there have been any recent changes to your network.
  • HP Smart App: If you're using the HP Smart app for printing, ensure it is up to date. Sometimes, updating the app can resolve connectivity issues.
  • Forget and Reconnect: On your mobile device, forget the printer's Wi-Fi network from the Wi-Fi settings, and then reconnect to it as if connecting to a new network.
  • Printer Firmware Update: Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer. Updating the printer's firmware can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
  • Reset Printer Network Settings: As a last resort, you can reset the network settings on your printer and set it up again from scratch.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
