I am unable to print with the new update and am getting a warning: "USB Accessories Disabled Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices." Has anyone had this issue? I un-installed the driver and now am unable to reload the driver through the System Preference:Printers & Scanners or add the printer. It is not recognized. Any info would be great. I just bought ink!!!

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

As per this document, HP Photosmart C4780 All-in-One printer is compatible with macOS 10.14 Mojave and the drivers are available via Apple Software Update.  Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac may clear the "USB Accessories Disabled Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices" error. You may use the steps available here to perform and SMC reset. Once you complete the SMC reset, use the steps available here to install compatible printer driver using Apple Software Update.

Let me know how it goes!

Update: I recycled it. Bought a new printer.

Perhaps it was just too old. I did what you suggested and just replaced it with a new printer.
