Thanks for your answer. The suggested solution did not work, I cannot install Windows 11 either, due to the fact that my HP AMD pc does not suppoert it.

It works on my Thinkpad, IPAD and Iphone. so my color printing will be from these devices.

It works now, after using your solution, PC doctor and several shutting downs, the HP PC and the Printer
