 Error code UA_400_EB000U0410

I bought my HP OfficeJet 8014e printer in Austria and recently moved to another country in Europe.

The printer warranty has expired.

I have registered a new account in the new country, and it has been accepted, along with a new Instant Ink subscription.

I cancelled my old Instant Ink subscription in Austria and received confirmation on the subscription page.

I have Factory Reset and Cold Reset the printer to no avail.

I have done everything - and I mean everything-  in the recommended solution, and I still get  error code UA_400_EB000U0410 

I think something in my old account in Austria is preventing me from moving to the new account and my new Instant Ink subscription.

I desperately need my printer, but am not being allowed to use it due to an 'account issue'.
