Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I've moved my HP 7740 printer from the US to the UK. I tried to install the 952 cartridge since the 953 (europe) is unavailable here but get the 'incompatible cartridge' error.  I assume that I need to do a region reset. Can someone help with this?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I understand you are looking for help with regional reset for your printer. Not to worry I will help you to resolve the issue.


To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:

Do you have the ink cartridges for both regions?
Do you have a printer USB cable?
Do you have the printer full feature software and drivers installed on your PC?


If you meet the above conditions then let me know if the operating system of your PC is Windows or Mac?
